Puma x XO - A collaboration between Puma and The Weeknd has resulted in his first signature sneaker, the Parallel: a high top sneaker inspired by traditional military boots.

When asked who he would like to see wearing the sneaker The Weeknd answers “To be honest, I just want to see everyone wearing it. I want it to be part of pop culture. I want to walk down the street and see kids wearing it and women wearing it. I want to see the pope wearing it. I want to see Barack Obama wearing it. I want to see Elon Musk wearing it."

Sports brand PUMA is giving the iconic FAST RIDER running-inspired shoe a fresh look for 2020. Fronted by PUMA Ambassador YBN Cordae along with dancer and singer DaniLeigh, the new FUTURE RIDER Play On fuse futuristic and retro designs through vibrant futro color combos and nostalgic style nods.

The sneaker shows off a sleek white midsole and Formstrip as well as black suede overlays and drops in a vibrant blue color paired with red and neon green or juxtaposed with bold 80s color splashes like neon green, pink, orange and violet. Rasmus Storm, 50 years old, owns the fashion con- cept store Storm in Copenhagen together with his wife Line. They share two kids who today also are involved in the business. ”Storm is a family business, so I hope it will stay in the family forever.” It’s almost 25 years ago since they opened Storm at Nørrebro in Copen- hagen. The store has been located in the city centre since 2001. Rasmus is autodidact and self-learned in everything he knows about running a store.

‘1996’ was inspired by a photograph of a young girl entitled ‘Kirsten 1996’ taken by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin in that year. The fragrance is a true collaboration in every sense as Creative Director Ben Gorham sought to interpret not only the image itself but the vision and personality of its creators. “We said, ‘These are the notes that we’ve always been attracted to that come from the different countries we have memories of, this is our house full of warm wood and high end design, this picture represents the duality that underlies our work and our life together, the scent is very much Ben’s impeccable and sensitive interpretation of that“ - Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.
