These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from www.stormfashion.dk for delivery worldwide. The right to cancel only applies to private customers who shop via www.stormfashion.dk.

Payment and delivery

We accept payments on www.stormfashion.dk made using the following 3D-secured credit cards:

- Dankort
- VISA
- VISA Electron
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- JCB 

We also accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- MobilePay
- ApplePay

The amount will first be deducted when the item is sent. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is a back order, we will first deduct the payment for this item once it is sent.

All prices at Storm are stated in DKK including 25% VAT. See section DUTY AND VAT. Prices will also have the shipment price added. You shall select how you want your item(s) shipped during the payment process. We will defray any payment charges.

Safety

The safety of your information is a top priority for us. All communication between your payment and our payment gateway is encrypted with a SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Neither Storm nor other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged during your purchase. At Storm your personal contact information is a 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one else can get access to it.

Duty and VAT

If you order comes from an EU country you pay Danish VAT, but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods.

If your order is being shipped outside the European Union, the prices will automatically be calculated without taxes, and the taxes and customs duties will have to be paid by the recipient upon delivery of your order.

If you order from a country outside of the EU you are responsible yourself to follow you countries tax and duty regulations, which Storm can not be held responsible for. Be aware that the shipment of products to outside EU countries can be delayed, as the packages have to go through customs. It is then your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and pay the imposed additional costs.

Consumer Protection

Storm follows the official Danish customer protection guidelines and laws from Denmarks National Consumer Agency.

Receipt for the receipt of orders and order confirmation

When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via an e-mail that confirms we have received your order. It means you have entered into a binding purchasing agreement with us.

Carriage prices (Denmark)

The average fee is 39 DKK via Post Denmark. The delivery time in Denmark is usually 1–2 weekdays. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace number.

All shipments for abroad will be delivered by UPS.

General

We ship all items by parcel post, that makes it possible to track the package on its way. Is the package and/or contents damaged when you receive it, please report it to Post Denmark/UPS and Storm on the same day and return the item to us immediately. Storm is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. In case that UPS or Post Denmark are not able to deliver the package and it is being returned to Storm, the return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

We always pack the goods with utmost care to minimize the risk of cargo damage.

Returning items

At Storm we only wish for happy and satisfied customers. Storm has a 14-day window to make a refund on products bought online – counting from the day that you have received the products. If you regret the purchase, the products have to be returned by sending them back to the return address on the customers’ expense in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it in, including tag and seal attached.

Please note: books, cds & beauty products must be returned unopened. If your parcel is delivered to a parcel shop, we reserve the right to deduct an additional fee of 100DKK from the refund. If the return is overdue, we reserve the right to decline the return and the parcel will only be send back on the customers’ expense. Personal return in physical store is not possible.

When returning we kindly ask you to include a copy of the original receipt as documentation for the purchase.
Always save the postage receipt as documentation that the product was sent back to us.

When the products have been returned within the 14-day window, and approved by us, the price at which the product was purchased will be refunded into your account within a few days. You, yourself will have to cover the cost of sending the product or products return.

If you have ordered several items and we cannot deliver all of the items at the same time, your right to cancel begins from the date you or a third party stated by you (however not the deliverer) has physically received the last item. If the right to cancel period ends on a public holiday, Sunday, Saturday, Constitution Day (5 June), Christmas Eve (24 December) or New Year’s Eve (31 December), the right to cancel period will be extended to the next weekday.

Gift return

If you received a gift that was purchased at Storm and you want to return the item, you can exchange it for another product of equal value. However, if you find a product that is more expensive, you have to pay the difference and if shipped, the shipment costs. Of course you can also choose to obtain a voucher and use it within 1 year.

Sale

Goods marked as sale products can not be returned.

Refunds with cancellation of purchase

 

We will refund the amount without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances by 14 days at the latest from the day we received your cancellation of order notification. However, we may withhold refunds until we have received the return items.

We will reimburse your money using the same method of payment that you used with the original transaction unless you have expressly consented to another method of reimbursement. Under no circumstances will you have to pay any form of charge as a consequence of reimbursement.

Trying out an item and packaging

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the item as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and the way it functions.

Any item must be returned in its original packaging. You should also ensure that an item has been carefully packaged when you return it. You are personally liable for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, save any postal receipts and any track and trace number.

Storm yder 14 dages fuld returret gældende fra den dag du modtager dine varer.

Varerne skal returneres ubrugte og i samme stand som ved modtagelsen. Når vi har modtaget varen og godkendt returneringen, vil vi hurtigst muligt overføre købsbeløbet til din konto. Vi tilbagebetaler kun til det kreditkort som varerne er blevet købt med. Dette er for at undgå ulovlig brug af stjålne kreditkort. Husk at gemme din postkvittering som dokumentation for at varen er afsendt. Returnering af varer står for egen regning.

I returpakken skal du vedlægge en kopi af ordrebekræftelsen, faktura eller anden dokumentation for dit køb.

Varer kan ikke sendes pr. efterkrav eller uden omdeling, og du skal selv betale for returnering af varen. Du bør endvidere sørge for, at varen er forsvarligt indpakket, når du returnerer den. Du bærer selv risikoen for pakken/varerne, indtil vi modtager den. Gem derfor postkvittering samt evt. track and trace nummer.

Tilbagebetaling af pengene ved fortrydelse

Vi tilbagebetaler beløbet uden unødig forsinkelse og under alle omstændigheder senest 14 dage fra den dato, hvor vi har modtaget din meddelelse om fortrydelse. Vi kan dog tilbageholde tilbagebetalingen, indtil vi har modtaget varerne retur.

Vi gennemfører en sådan tilbagebetaling med samme betalingsmiddel, som du benyttede ved den oprindelige transaktion, medmindre du udtrykkeligt har indvilget i noget andet. Under alle omstændigheder pålægges du ingen former for gebyrer som følge af tilbagebetalingen.

Gave-returnering

Hvis du har modtaget en gave, der er købt ved Storm og ønsker at returnere varen, kan vi bytte den til en anden vare af samme værdi. Hvis du derimod finder en vare, der er dyrere har du mulighed for at betale differencen samt de fornødne leveringsomkostninger og få den tilsendt i stedet for. Du kan også vælge at få udstedt et tilgodebevis og bruge det, når det passer dig inden for 1 år.

Udsalg

Varer købt under udsalg, tages ikke retur.

Afprøvning af varen og emballage

Du hæfter kun for en evt. forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering af varen, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varernes art, egenskaber og den måde, som den fungerer på.

Varen skal tilbageleveres i originalemballagen. Du bør endvidere sørge for, at varen er forsvarligt indpakket, når du returnerer den. Du bærer selv risikoen for pakken/varerne, indtil vi modtager den. Gem derfor postkvittering samt evt. track and trace nummer.

Reklamation - Hvis der er noget galt med varen

Du har som forbruger 24 måneders reklamationsret. Det betyder, at hvis varen har en mangel, og du reklamerer rettidigt, har du ret til i første omgang at få varen repareret eller ombyttet. Hvis det ikke kan ske, eller det ikke sker inden rimelig tid, kan du efter omstændighederne få pengene tilbage eller afslag i prisen.

En mangel er fx en fabrikations- eller materialefejl, eller en forkert oplysning om varen. Derimod er almindelig slitage, eller skader du selv har påført varen, ikke en mangel. Opdager du en mangel, skal du reklamere til os ”inden rimelig tid”. Vi anbefaler, at du klager hurtigst muligt, navnlig hvis der er tale om transportskader.

Reklamerer du inden 2 måneder efter, at manglen er opdaget, er det dog altid inden for rimelig tid. Er reklamationen berettiget, refunderer vi dine rimelige og nødvendige fragtomkostninger.

Mener du at varen har en mangel beder vi dig så detaljeret som muligt oplyse, hvad problemet er.

Husk, at varen altid skal sendes i forsvarlig emballage og få en kvittering for afsendelse. Gem postkvittering inkl. oplysning om fragtomkostninger samt evt. track- and trace-nummer.
