The average fee is 39 DKK via GLS. The delivery time in Denmark is usually 1–2 weekdays. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace number.

General

We ship all items by parcel post, that makes it possible to track the package on its way. Is the package and/or contents damaged when you receive it, please report it to GLS/UPS and Storm on the same day and return the item to us immediately. Storm is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. In case that UPS or GLS are not able to deliver the package and it is being returned to Storm, the return postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

We always pack the goods with utmost care to minimize the risk of cargo damage.

Returning items
Christmas return policy: all orders (items on sale excluded) placed in December can be returned until January 9, 2026.

  • Once you’ve received your order you have 14 days to return it to us - counting from the day that you received the parcel.
  • Returns have to be shipped back to the correct address on your own expense.
  • Physical return in-store is not possible
  • Domestic returns: we do only accept home deliveries and returning to a parcel ship will not be accepted (DAO is not accepted)
  • International returns: any expenses related to customs/duties will have to be held by yourself, and it’s therefore recommended to print and include the original invoice when returning to us.
  • Product(s) must be returned in the original package and same condition as you received it in. 
  • When returning we kindly ask you to include a copy of the original invoice
  • Always save the postage receipt as documentation that the product was sent back to us. 
  • If the requirements above are not met, Storm reserves the right to send order back to the customer on the customer’s expense

Gift return

If you received a gift that was purchased at Storm and you want to return the item, you can exchange it for another product of equal value. However, if you find a product that is more expensive, you have to pay the difference and if shipped, the shipment costs. Of course you can also choose to obtain a voucher and use it within 1 year.

Sale

Goods marked as sale products can not be returned.

Refunds with cancellation of purchase

We will refund the amount without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances by 14 days at the latest from the day we received your cancellation of order notification. However, we may withhold refunds until we have received the return items.

We will reimburse your money using the same method of payment that you used with the original transaction.

Trying out an item and packaging

Any item must be returned in its original packaging. You should also ensure that an item has been carefully packaged when you return it. You are personally liable for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, save any postal receipts and any track and trace number.
