Against Nature

Inspired by Joris-Karl Huysmans’ 1971 novel of the same name, “Against Nature” takes TH/E in a completely new direction. The scent of a freshly broken sappling mixed against the notes of metal, lacquer and blood.
Top: Pink Pepper, Lemon, Juniper, Green, Metal.
Heart: Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Lacquer.
Base: Musk, Vetivert, Amber, Sandalwood, Patchouli.

Then Jasmin Blossom, and precious Damask Rose dance with fresh Grapefruit and elegant Lavandin in the core. Violet Leaf and Cassia Bark give an etherial, flirty warmth. Coconut offers the fragrance a sensual velvety background. No. 06: Ylang Ylang is a beautiful, energising perfume that warms the senses and opens the heart.

AER Accord No. 05: WHITE PEPPER is AER's version of a classic fougère done with a modern edge. A dry, spicy core of White Pepper and bright Elemi blended with opulent Corsican Immortelle battles a Tangerine and Blue Chamomile entry. Tobacco Leaf and Galbanum emphasise the perfume’s crispy dry personality. The scent is underlined by a French Oak Moss – the classic fougère underpinning. Crisp, exciting and full of surprises.

AER Accord No. 02: CADE is a smokey, mysterious scent that starts strong with fiery Cade and burnt Frankincense. Pine forest notes from Silver Spruce give way to sweetness from Guaiac Wood and Madagascar Vanilla, and a dry grassiness from Galbanum and smoked herbalness from Java Vetyver. An intriguing, deeply-layered scent; not for the light-hearted.

This bracelet is made of 925 sterling silver. As part of a temporary collection, it features a distinctive pyramid guilloche pattern and polished finish. The inside has a brushed finish. A special engraving indicates the weight of the precious metal with which it is made.
French brand Le Gramme—named for the unit of measurement—is a jewelry line dedicated to a simple, universal look. The braclet designs are a response to the rational and logical masculine universe, where the scientific unit becomes a source of inspiration. Each bracelet is made of 925• recycled sterling silver, and engraved with a unique batch number.
