On a mission to empower people to be more active and experience the outdoors, Peak Performance teamed up with avid surfer, outdoor enthusiast and the founder of luxury brand Byredo, Ben Gorham. The collaboration resulted in a unisex, multi-functional outdoor collection called “Possessions Of My Soul”.
Ben Gorham grew up in the city and had never been exposed to nature until a few years ago. Today he is a passionate explorer wishing more people would experience the outdoors.
The collection is designed to cover all the elements that give people the confidence and security to deal with the uncontrollable forces of nature - not only the landscape, but the everchanging weather conditions. The collection features multi-purpose, unisex and well-made pieces.

For SS20, adidas presents the return of the Gardening Club, a trail and gardening-inspired capsule that first sowed the seeds of its popularity in the autumn of 2019.
Originally realized under the adidas Consortium banner, a series of new drops maintain the tongue-in-cheek humor, earthy aesthetics and green-fingered functionality of the original Gardening Pack.
The first drop features new iteration of the Response Hoverturf footwear inspired by the trail-running world and designed to work equally well in the soil or the city streets.
The gardening-inspired capsule collection remains a clarion call to all the likeminded ‘avant-gardeners’ out there. It is for those who lovingly nurture lawns, meticulously scatter seeds and rigorously turn-over soil. But as with the original range, these new drops also offer a fresh take on modern outdoors and hiking trends.
The Response Hoverturf exemplifies this, refusing to be shackled by the slow-paced life of a gardener, ready for you to break into a run whenever the call of the great outdoors (or bustling metropolis) becomes too much. It delivers all this through ripstop and mesh uppers, a rubber toe overlay and FORMOTION heel - all rendered in a blacked-out palette, save for the splashes of color that punctuate its ADIPRENE midsole.

Sports brand PUMA is giving the iconic FAST RIDER running-inspired shoe a fresh look for 2020. Fronted by PUMA Ambassador YBN Cordae along with dancer and singer DaniLeigh, the new FUTURE RIDER Play On fuse futuristic and retro designs through vibrant futro color combos and nostalgic style nods.
The sneaker shows off a sleek white midsole and Formstrip as well as black suede overlays and drops in a vibrant blue color paired with red and neon green or juxtaposed with bold 80s color splashes like neon green, pink, orange and violet. The FUTURE RIDER Play On also references the past with a corrugated outsole inspired by the original FAST RIDER’s Federbein conical studs, in addition to a TPU heel stabilizer for added balance.

A few weeks ago we were honored by the visit of Baptiste Bouygues, the man behind French-based fragrance Maison Ormaie. The brand that transforms perfume into a piece of interior design. All of their fragrances are composed solely of natural ingredients with the ultimate goals of elegance and quality. According to Matthew Williams, founder and creative director, 1017 ALYX 9SM stands for a metropolitan and industrial sensibility that is never dry or cold. Function and comfort, which are mandatory for both 1017 ALYX 9SM and Moncler, define a modern line up of modular outerwear. Puffers, padded parkas, featherweight parka windbreakers, sleeveless vests and bonded leather pieces are mixed with functional base layers and hi-impact accessories such as chain belts with hooks, hooded backpacks and neoprene boots with rubber soles. The color palette is suitably metropolitan: dominantly black, grey and white with outbursts of orange and red.

Stockholm-based niche perfumer Stora Skuggan has just expanded its offer by the fourth perfume called Mistpouffer. The fragrance creates the right balance between being distinctive and inexplainable. Foggy but not aquatic, floral but not domesticated, smoky but not heavy. Natural, but in equal parts supernatural.
A Mistpouffer is an unexplained natural sound, a sonic boom like distant cannon fire that seems to come out of the fog over large lakes or rivers. It has been recorded all over the world throughout history, and is the source of many legends. In Japan the phenomenon is called Uminari meaning “cries from the sea”. In Connecticut the Machimoodus State Park gets its name from the Native American name for the area, which means “place of bad noises”.

ADIDAS ORIGINALS BY 424 available at Storm 30th November.
For FW19, adidas Originals headed to Fairfax, Los Angeles to team up with one of the West Coast’s most sought-after brands, 424.
424 was co-founded by Guillermo Andrade, and for his first collaboration with adidas Originals, Andrade applied the same vision to three classic adidas footwear models. Despite his undoubtedly contemporary design instincts, Andrade leans on the cleaner, more refined aspects of his sensibilities, ensuring that each shoe feels utterly fresh while still retaining the timeless craftsmanship and attention-to-detail that has come to define adidas’ sporting heritage over the decades.
First up, Andrade turned to the SC Premier, an already minimalist model. In Andrade’s hands, the shoe is stripped back even further: one pair arrives utterly blacked out while the other is an all-off-white affair. Exterior logos of any sort are limited to a subtle laser engraved 424 logo on lateral of tooling and the co-branding on the tongue, which is also the only part of the shoe to feature a pop of color – the scarlet red patch that has become synonymous with the 424 brand in recent years.

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Motown, the iconic record label launched in 1959 in Detroit, Michigan by Berry Gordy Jr., Carhartt WIP will release a thirteen-piece capsule collection on November 14.
The collaboration honors a label that reshaped the sound of American pop music, diversifying by its airwaves in the process. To mark the collection launch, we reached out to Detroit native Kenny Dixon Jr. aka Moodymann and asked him to prepare a strictly Motown music Carhartt WIP Radio show, that displays his personal love for the label.
