I april 2024 åbnede kokken Jonathan Balsløw Sørensen sin første restaurant, Graziano, på Nørrebro i København. Som søn af cykelrytteren Rolf Sørensen har han tilbragt en stor del af sit liv i Toscana, hvor han lærte at lave mad i sin italienske ’farfars’ lille køkken. Nu deler Jonathan opskrifterne bag de retter, han er vokset op med.
Graziano er både en personlig fortælling og en kærlighedserklæring til toscansk bondemad – enkle retter, hvor råvarerne taler for sig selv.
