jao-body-oil

JAO Body Oil

Use your Goe Oil to: soften cuticles, feet, rough heels, elbows and knees, warm oil with fingertips and massage into face, a hair styling aid - tame flyaways and add lustre, soften shaved legs, eye make up remover, chapped nose due to a cold, great for moisturizing chemical peels, got a bald head? make it sparkle. Goe Oil is a combination of 28 plant, fruit and flower oils and butters. Lightly scented with Monoi from Tahiti. It goes into the skin quickly and leaves it feeling incredibly smooth. Lighter than a typical body butter, longer lasting than a moisturizer, our formulation has a high percentage of Jojoba Oil which is not technically an oil, instead it is a polyunsaturated liquid wax which is similar to Sebum. Sebum is secreted by the human Sebaceous Glands to lubricate and protect the skin and hair. Jojoba Oil can be used to replicate Sebum Oil. P.S. The Storm team loves it! Buy it here

maharishi

maharishi

Maharishi literally translated means great seer, started in 1994 with the vision to create environmentally sound, fair-trade produced, long-lasting, high-quality, utilitarian clothing. The collection has always included hemp and natural fibers, organic cottons and recycled military clothing. Despite great commercial growth and a high media profile, maharishi remains a privately owned company, with its ethos and identity truly intact. Blechman’s recent collections have expanded on the maharishi ethos by introducing themes connected with a deep concern for environmental issues such as the exploration of melting Polar Ice, Desert Reform, ‘The Rising Seas’ which resulted in a regenerated earth ‘The Natural Order’. All these themes call for a controlled approach to the use of the world’s natural resources and further promote the responsibility of the individual in its protection. maharishi prides itself on gaining a respected reputation for not conforming to mainstream fashion trends, placing emphasis on its own points of inspiration and the natural progression of excellent quality, perfect fit and original design. The company continues to develop and expand with a positive attitude, open mind and unique approach, firmly positioning it as one of the most influential and progressive international brands around.

Flowerhead

For the latest scent from Stockholm-based fragrance house Byredo, Creative Director Ben Gorham has drawn inspiration from his cultural heritage with a fragrance inspired by his own imagined Indian wedding ceremony. “A lot of the work I've done in the past started off with specific references – personal memories and things associated with my background and upbringing. As I became more experienced in the craft of making a perfume the dialogue with the perfumer evolved into a common language and I was able to venture outside of these specific references and to develop a fiction,” Top: Angelica Seeds, Sicilian Lemon, Lingonberry Heart: Wild Jasmine Sambac, Dewy Tuberose, Rose Petals Base: Fresh Amber, Suede. SS14 Katie Eary

Rising out of the unlikely inspirations of the wilds of southern Africa, the acid house scene and the fevered imaginations of a Edinburgh football thug comes flamingo massacres, the spring/summer’14 collection from Katie Eary. Taking influence from Irvine Welsh’s seminal novel marabou stalk nightmares the collection tells the story of a hallucinatory and primitive gender war, all based on mans lustful, but hateful fascination with the beautiful flamingo.
