That is why it comes as no surprise when the AW17 collection Tour D'Afrique is another military focused collection with its main inspiration being the occupation of Africa as well as the interplay between Chinese and US occupation of different parts of the Sub-Saharan.
The collection expresses its inspiration sources in the unique mix of traditional Eastern and its patterns with contemporary Western influences and its soft textures. The collection has a natural color palette of earth tones, corals and the key color coltan. Khakis and camouflage colors in the collection expresses the inspiration from the military, with some pieces having been sandblasted to enhance the desert ready look. Finally, in order to add warmth to the winter collection, there are pieces in coral reds and sandy yellows.

adidas x Raf simons - Ozweego 3 and Stan Smith Comfort
adidas and Raf Simons has joined forces and created yet another collaboration - two sneakers launching at Storm the XX of July. The Ozweego 3 and Stan Smith Comfort; both sneakers comes in limited numbers.
The adidas x Raf Simons Ozweego 3 takes a futuristic approach in a two layer upper with a running-inspired profile and transparent silicone windows. The sneaker is gold, white and black and features signature adidas tri-stripe is on the back in white. Furthermore a cream colored leather Stan Smith is also launching featuring tonal velcro closure across tongue. The sneaker features asymmetric cream colored 'fur like' detailing on both sides and is adidas branded by heel, sole and tongue.

In the video, Millie convinces her older model sister to take her out on a day of playing hooky with her model boyfriend. The group of well-dressed teens visit a supposedly haunted LA mansion where the xx are playing by the pool.

Timothy Han - The Decay of the Angel
Now Timothy Han is launching the first edition of his third fragrance entitled "The Decay of the Angel" - a unisex fragrance. A rich and exotic burnt floral fragrance with a subtle headiness that comes from desire infused by flowers on the wane. Inpired by Yukio Mishima's 1971 novel of the same name, these are the final longings of a descending angel.

Timothy Han, the creative director behind TH/E, explains:
"This is a take on a rose floral that will divide opinion. By introducing dark undertones of sex and ash to what is often seen as a traditional and safe scent, we are creating a perfume for the outspoken.”
The perfumes are handcrafted and comes in small production runs, assigning each batch an edition number: which makes the perfumes limited. Botanical ingredients vary from year to year due to seasonal influences such as temperature or rainfall. These small variations can alter the fragrance materials. The brand choose to celebrate these variations by allowing customers to easily identify which batch their bottle of perfume came from via an edition number prominently displayed on the box.
