How do I order something online?

Shopping at Storm is easy. Use the Women, Men, Beauty, Design, Accessories, Music, Literature links. You can also shop directly by designer by clicking on the link Brands. Once you found a product, choose your size and click on BUY. Review the items in your basket by scrolling to the bottom of the page. If you are happy with your selection click on BUY. A check out window will automatically open, guiding you through the final steps of the purchase.


Some items are limited stock, and to give everybody a fair chance, we only allow one of these items per customer. If you place multiple orders for the same item, we preserve the right to cancel your additional orders. Please note, this only applies on the products clearly marked 'one item per customer' in the product description. 

Which countries does stormfashion.dk ship to and what are the shipping rates?

Parcels to Denmark are shipped with Post Denmark. All shipments for abroad will be delivered by UPS. We ship all items by parcel post, that makes it possible to track the package on its way. Orders before 13:00 are shipped the same day. Fast service is important to us, we try to ship all parcels within 1-2 workdays. If the order has a high volume, we reserve the right to add additional charges to the shipping costs. Countries we ship to & shipping rates;

How do I track my order?

We ship all items by parcel post, that makes it possible to track the package on its way. If you order comes from outside of Denmark you will automatically receive an e-mail from UPS with your track and trace number. Your track and trace number will also be on the confirmation email you will receive when the package is sent. For all parcels shipped within Denmark we only send out the track and trace number on the confirmation email you will receive when the package is sent.

What payment methods does Storm accept and is it save to use my credit card?

For domestic orders (Denmark) we offer credit card and PayPal payments. For all other countries we offer 3D Secure/SecureCode credit card and PayPal payments. We accept Dankort, VISA / Dankort, EURO / MASTERCARD.

I'm having problems with the payment process, what now?

We are sorry, we will try to help you right away. There is a grey box at the right side of your screen saying "Something's not working?" please press this button and explain your difficulties there. The message will be directly forwarded to our technical support team.

How safe is it to enter my credit card details?

The safety of your information is a top priority for us. All communication between your payment and our payment gateway is encrypted with a SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Neither Storm nor other unauthorized persons have the opportunity to see the data exchanged during your purchase. When you are shopping at Storm, your personal contact information is 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one else can get access to them.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

If you order comes from an EU country you pay Danish VAT, but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. If your order is being shipped outside the European Union, the prices will automatically be calculated without taxes, and the taxes and customs duties will have to be paid by the recipient upon delivery of your order. You are responsible yourself to follow the tax and duty regulations in your country, which Storm can not be held responsible for. Be aware that the shipment of products to outside EU countries can be delayed, as the packages have to go through customs. It is then your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier and pay the imposed additional costs.

How do I return an item?

At Storm we only wish for happy and satisfied customers. Storm has a 14-day window to make a refund on products bought online – counting from the day that you have received the products. 

If you regret the purchase, the products have to be returned to the return address in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it in, including tag and seal attached. Please note: books, cds & beauty products must be returned unopened.


When returning we kindly ask you to include a copy of the original receipt as documentation for the purchase. We also ask you to fill out the RMA form with the information required. The link for the RMA is found in the confirmation email sent to you.

Always save the postage receipt as documentation that the product was sent back to us.


If the requirements above are not met, then Storm reserves the right to send the products back to the buyer on his or hers expense.

 When the products have been returned within the 14-day window, and approved by us, the price at which the product was purchased will be refunded into your account within a few days. You, yourself will have to cover the cost of sending the product or products return.

For all international returns we offer the service of arranging a UPS pick-up. Customers returning packages via Storm's UPS account will only be billed Storm's negotiated business rates.
